I have never had to transport a vehicle from one state to another so this was a new experience for me. From my first email contact with Jessica to all of my questions and my last phone call contact with Jeff, I was treated with respect. Jeff was extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to use this company myself again or to recommend them to someone. The customer service was amazing. I contacted them and told them I was in no hurry to get the vehicle over to California but they already had a carrier lined up that day if I was ready. Unfortunately, I was not quite ready so had to pass (didn't have the address where my vehicle was located in order to be picked up). Another carrier was soon available and I was ready this time! I received the vehicle in two days!! Nothing happened to my vehicle during transport. There was even a problem getting the truck started at it's pick up location and the driver was kind enough to help jump start it and get it on the carrier. Throughout this whole process, Jeff was very courteous. He even lowered my price a little as my financial situation is very tight right now. That was very much appreciated! Again, I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone wanting to move a vehicle.
