I needed my Honda Civic shipped from St Louis to Mountain View CA. I talked to Jeff on the phone and he gave me a very good rate ($745 economy rate) and managed to find me a carrier within a couple days.
The carrier was scheduled to pick the car up on the 10th. On the 10th I attempted multiple times to contact the carrier and there was no answer but they did call me back and said that they would load up the car on the 11th. Carrier was also a bit hard to reach on the 11th, but we did get a hold of each other in the end, and met up at a Home Depot parking lot very close to where I live and loaded up with no issues. Max, the driver, was very friendly and answered any questions I had.
Car arrived on the16th with no issues and I met Max at a wide section of the road down the street of where I was staying in Mountain View. Max was again friendly and prompt about unloading the car and providing change (I paid in cash).
Was a very smooth experience overall and I really appreciate that this portion of my move was not a source of stress, as I had enough to deal with. Would definitely use Jeff at Amerifreight and Silverado Auto Transport (the carrier) again.
