Received a quote to ship classic car on Amerifrieght. Tiered rates seemed competitive. Buyer of car chose to go with lowest rate. Initial customer service was decent enough. 2 weeks go by and no word from Amerifrieght. Buyer contacts them and agrees to pay more $$ to get car picked up faster. Another 3 weeks go by and still no word or pickup from Amerifreight. Called dispatch multiple times with promise of call back from Jeff. Never heard back from him. Without prompting, they cancelled he order and refunded money. Very disappointed in their service and customer service experience through the process. I will not use again.
