The experience was satisfactory but my car arrived and that's all that matters. They gave me a 2 week "pickup window" but my car didn't leave for another 3 days outside the window. I was told this window is an estimate and not a guarantee. They also asked for $50 additional from my original quote. Again, this was just a quote and not an actual rate that was guaranteed. The actual transport of my car was very fast. Across country, CT to CA, in 5 days. The car was dirty but I was okay with that. I'm just happy my car is finally here and in one piece. I'd probably use them again but know more going in.
