I had contracted with another company to move this car across the country to my college daughter. They failed to communicate and failed to pick up the car. I had to call my cc company and get a refund. When I called Amerifreight..Jazmine in particular, I told her I'd been burned and was skeptical that she could get this car picked up. We live in Traverse City...about 6 hours north of Detroit where it's easy to get cars picked up. No carrier wanted to go that far north to pu the car. It was going to Davis, CA..just outside Sacramento so that wasn't too much of a problem..getting it out of my driveway was. Even Jazmine had issues, but we resolved them by me taking the car 5 hours south to Ann Arbor and leaving it in a friend's driveway for a day. It was picked up and delivered and all is well. When the driver wasn't happy about going 20 minutes outside of Sacramento to Davis, Jazmine stepped in and made it happen. My daughter has a car and we don't have to worry about her as much. Ok, that might not be true, but Amerifreight did their job.
