It is not how one starts...it is how they finish. A rocky start because the original shipper didn't have their act together and poor communications between the original shipper and the broker. When I voiced my concern, the broker re-engaged and quickly found a new shipper, Xtreme Auto Carrier Inc. I lost a few days...but it was within their general estimation of the vehicle shipping availability. The vehicle arrived in outstanding condition to the front door...the bottomline. Kudos for responding to my concerns and efforts to ensure the vehicle arrived as expected.
