Jeff Wright at Amerifreight was very helpful when I made the inital phonecall to get the quote. I had several questions since I had never shipped a vehicle before and he answered all of them in a knowledgeable way. He was very good at explaining the window times for delivery and pickup.
He was very good at updating me a couple of times to let me know when I could expect the car to be picked up and delivered. Also, he was good at explaining what was covered under the insurance and what optional insurance was available but he did not try and "hard sell" the insurance. The driver he chose was great and happened to live near the Seattle airport and actually had the car there 2 days early and volunteered to deliver the car to the airport when my 24 year old son arrived in Seattle.
There was no damage to the car and everything went smooth on both ends!
I will definately use Amerifreight in Spring of 2012 when my son(he is a performer) moves to a different city!
