This being my second vehicle to transport from Maryland to Texas, I wanted to try a different company/carrier due to the door-to-door service offered. I had previously used a service and did a door/terminal-to-terminal service where I had to pick up the vehicle myself. I did this to save cost and the convenience of my location to the terminal was close. That experience was good, however I was not readily informed of the status as I was with this reservation through AmeriFreight. I was also unable to confirm that my vehicle was transported and received the special shipping conditions since when I picked it up it was on a open lot, dirty, but in same condition it left. For this latest shipment, I decided to go a different route. Jeff was very helpful in explaining the process and how the business worked, and provided me with very honest answers to my questions. The vehicle was transported by Gystical Tranportation LLC and the driver was Archie Willis. I was provided Archie's direct phone number and was able to reach him and communicate about the status, delivery time and location each time I called. Archie was very pleasant to talk to and actually worked with me on the vehicle delivery time and location. All in all, Jeff and the team at AmeriFreight delivered exactly as they promised.
