I needed to get a Non-Op motorcycle shipped under a tight deadline and reached out to AmeriFreight to get the job done. My primary contact was Jasmine E. and she not only took the time to educate me about their service, what options I had and how I could best get the job done. She followed up with me several times as I got closer to ship date and communicated effectively and efficiently. At no point was I ever worried about my gear - it getting here or how the job was going to get done. She was honest, upfront and well informed about the options that I had. I never felt like I was "getting taken for a ride" or that she was ever trying to Up Sell me. She did the right things for my timing and financial situation.
I will be using them again in the near future and cannot rate them high enough. As well the delivery driver that was selected for the job did a fantastic job in handling my bike, communicating with me over the course of shipping, being agile to my scheduling needs and patient with me over a last minute delivery schedule change.
Best shipping experience I've ever had and I have been shipping bikes around the country for years now... I will never use anyone else again.
