Overall, I was happy with the transport of my car. Customer Service was good in that every time I actually spoke with a live person instead of having to go through punching numbers. The car pick-up and delivery was prompt. The delivery person, however, did not come directly to my house. There were some tall trees on the road he was taking so he was looking out for the best interest of the cars but had he come a different route, he could have delivered directly to my house as the contract said instead of having me drive 10 minutes to meet him on a heavily trafficted commuter road. But, my car was damage free and drove fine, which was ultimatly the most important.
