I needed to transport my Chrysler 300C from Dinuba, CA to Laurel, MD. Was not in a rush, so I opted for the Economy Saver Rate that I was quoted - $995 with a $215 deposit. I locked in the rate with Jasmine and she stated that she would contact me once a carrier was found. After three days elapsed, Jasmine called me back, but stated that she was having troubles finding a carrier at the rate that I was quoted and needed to increase it. Ultimately, a carrier was found, the rate was increased to $1,040, and the deposit was decreased to $115. I was a little apprehensive, but decided not to haggle the $45 increase. The carrier selected was FHT Auto Transport. Although FHT failed to contact me, first, to arrange the transport before contacting the person in possession of my vehicle and showed up a day late to pickup the vehicle, they did deliver it, undamaged, 4 days ahead of the estimated delivery date. Everything considered, I am happy with the service that I received. However, next time I will likely hold out if AmeriFreight again attempts to increase my quoted fee.
