My service was very clear and helpful. My car needed to be shipped from Austin to Boston, and I wasn't going to be there for the car pick up, so I had to use a friend in Austin for the pick up. Amerifreight made it very easy for me to plan a pick up time that worked for my friend in Austin, so that she wouldn't be inconvenienced at all. I would use this service again if I needed to have my car shipped. My car came back in perfect condition, and they didn't go through my trunk or the inside of my car at all.
