Amerifreight is a local company, so I really wanted to use them to move my vehicle. I am probably their only customer who actually went to the office to talk with them face to face. I spoke with Jeff, who was very hellpful, and provided me his cell and desk number. He promised a quote via email that afternoon. When he failed to do so that afternoon, I called his cell, to no avail. Same the next day, and the following Monday. I was ready to mark them off my list. But I decided to call the main number and see what was going on. Though I was provided no explanation for Jeff's poor service, I was connected with Graham, who took over my account, and from then on everything went off without a hitch.
The truck from DAS was right on time, very courteons driver. I followed the shipment online until it reached the terminal in Phoenix. And the vehicle was delivered to my son in Gilbert, AZ on schedule, with no apparent damage of any kind.
So, though my initial contact with AmeriFreight was of no assistance, Graham took over and I would use them again in the future.
