This is the first time I ever had a vehicle shipped and was very leary at first, as I had done my research and knew going into it that this could either be a pleasure or a nightmare. Just to be clear this story could have a less than excellant rating but I have to be honest, this rating is based on realistic events nothing is perfect in life and this first experience for me was a 5 star in my book because of the customer service. Graham and Jeff were both there for me every time I called.
The initial pick up date was scheduled for 7-22 to get the process started however; the contact person was going out of town from 7-28 to 8-1 and knew this would hold up the process. I had let them know this but things happen and the carrier was available to pick up the car on the 30th. A curtosy call went out to the contact however; we know how this part goes. Unfortunately the car was not picked up. An additional amount was added to pretty up the listing and we got a hit on 8-8 and on 8-9 the carrier had contacted me to say he would be looking at arriving with the car on 8-10 between 6-7pm EDT and to my happy suprise the carrier was early and on 8-10 at 2:30 -3pm "Tweety" (my mother names her car bear with me) was sitting pretty in my driveway. So as a future reference I would use AmeriFrieght again and I want to thank Graham and Jeff for putting up with my calls and being there for me in a process that sometimes is not always perfect for them I am sure; and a situation I knew realistically was not going to be perfect on my end.
