AmeriFreight successfully moved our sedan from Ohio to Colorado within an allowable time frame. For someone like me - someone who absolutely hates talking on telephones - AmeriFreight turned out to be a good choice since they were willing to communicate by e-mail, instead.
In a difficult economy, it can be tricky to ship automobiles without spending a fortune. Other brokers were promising to do the job for less, but background checks and simple web searches on them revealed a surprising number of unhappy customers. AmeriFreight had no such negative cybergossip. And we were happy with our decision.
Because of a summer holiday, we did experience a small lag or wait time beyond what we had originally anticipated. We also spent just a little bit extra as an incentive to get the attention of a skilled long-haul driver. So it took a few days longer and it cost a few dollars more, but Jeff Wright at AmeriFreight worked with us throughout the entire Fourth of July weekend to make it happen.
And the car was delivered clean and undamaged within our maximum allowable budget and within our maximum allowable time frame. So we would select AmeriFreight again if we ever had to move another car from one state to another.
