Having never used a transport carrier before I was a bit unsure what to expect, and quite honestly, expected something wasn't going to go smoothly. But I stumbled across some reviews of Amerifreight and it just felt right. Glad I went with my gut because everything went very smoothly as far as dealing with them. When they said they'd call, they called. When they made a promise, they delivered. I'm the sort of person that doesn't really expect miracles, but if you say you're going to do something then do it. Or at minimum, if something happens that's beyond your control, then communicate that before it's "after the fact". Amerifreight did an excellent job in that way. Probably unlikely I ever have to use a transport company again but if I do, they'll definitely be the first ones I call.
