When I receieved the car, it was completely covered in dust. After I cleaned it up, we found out about the scratches. We called the driver and the driver saidbhe promised he'd come back and take a look. Of course he didnt though. So afterwards, I called customer service and they said it was only mild damage, therefore there was nothing they could do. In the end, nobody was willing to accept responsibility for the damage. I was kind of disappointed in the overall results. We have had cars shipped a couple times before, but nothing like this has happened before. The new car was for my teenage daughter, and this negative experience has caused a great load of stress and frustration. I wouldn't really recommend it to others.
