My overall service was great. My customer service representative Jeff was excellent and went above and beyond. He was honest and up front about how things worked with the company. Also he was ready and easy to contact whenever I needed an answer or concern about my car. The military discount was a bonus since I had to personally pay to get the shipped off for college. I think that $815 was a very reasonable price to pay on short notice to ship a car from the south to the east cost in less than 3 days. My only concern would be Ameri Freight conducting business with with carriers that aren't associated with the Better Business Bureau. After researching the carrier company I personally wouldn't have choose them to deliver my car but they got the job done fast and quick despite a little traffic once they reached the east coast. My only complaint would be the level of the drivers professionalism. so know these are the days where technology is at the click of the button but just because you have somebody's cell doesn't mean you should text them to conduct business without atleast asking may I contact you this way. Don't just assume. After a conversation about my car I received a text stating "I hope I'm not out of line but you have a really sexy voice". After that text I resorted to communicating by text because who knows where he could try and take the conversation. This is why I think business should be conducted with carrier's that have been cleared with the Better Business Bureau to prevent incidents like mine from occurring or re-occurring. This was a nerve racking process for me because I've never shipped a car before and I moved across country away from home to go to college. The car was already in great condition with hardly any miles so I was concerned about something happening to my only mode of transportation whether it being in bad weather in route or damaged coming on and off the carrier. I would recommend Ameri Freight to to other customers despite them doing business with carrier's not associated with the BBB.
