I needed to transport my vehicle from NJ to NM. My situation was unique as I required Select Service with a shorter delivery time and a hard-side, enclosed carrier. I contacted AmeriFreight and gave Graham my vehicle information and shipping requests. He explained to me that NM is one of the more difficult states and may take a day or 2 longer to secure a carrier. Within a few days Graham secured a carrier and said that I would be notified by the carrier directly to arrange pickup date/time. Unfortunately, I received a call from AmeriFreight informing me that the scheduled truck had mechanical problems and canceled my pick-up. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I knew with the 4th of July holiday weekend approaching the possibilities of a pick-up were slim. I expressed my thoughts with Graham and he assured me that he would work thru the weekend to secure a carrier. Well..... by that very evening I received an email informing me that my truck was dispatched. Graham had secured a new transport company " Excellence Auto Carriers"
I picked up my Range Rover in NM within 4 days!!! The car was cleaner then when I handed it off!
I have shipped vehicles in the past and this was the BEST experience. The customer service and communication was Outstanding. Graham was in constant contact. He even called me the same afternoon that I received my truck to confirm that I was happy with the service!
I Highly recommend AmeriFreight. I will definitely use them in the future. Both AmeriFrieght and the carrier were outstanding.
