I was not on a time crunch to get the vehicle so the delay in the initial schedule set was not a problem as I had chosen basic service. However, I do wish the carrier would have communicated better with me about delivery times as they were scheduled to deliver it on a Friday, but I did not hear from them until they showed up Sunday evening. AmeriFreight did not have the correct number for the driver as the drivers had changed from their original records and no communication was possible to find out about delivery over the weekend. It was like waiting for the cable guy all weekend not even knowing if they would show up. However, I did receive the vehicle and all was well in the end.
