This is the first time I have ever used AmeriFreight. I was very scared going into the process, however the lady I spoke with over the phone from my origin state, made me feel very comfortable. She walked me through the process and even gave me her personal cell phone so I could contact if I had any more questions. The price seemed to be ok. It seemed a little bit high, but I just went with it because I wanted and needed to have my car out here as soon as possible. I was confused about the fact that carriers pick and choose who they want and the price that they will take. It was kind an uncomfortable feeling for me, so I raised my price a little. I understand it now. It is a learning process and wll know for next time. Customer Service is the most important thing to me, besides getting my car out here safe and sound. Customer Service was great here and it was very much appreciated. It is a scary thought to send your car half way across the country and hope it makes it to you. I am very pleased and happy to have my car. The carriers were very nice. They let me know what time they were going to be here and were a day early. I was able to pick it up in the morning, rather than the next day. I was very happy with theis. They all knew what they were doing and knew the process very well.
