While pick up of the car was on time, the entire transport went downhill from there. my car was stored in a terminal even though my contrat stated that no terminal storage was to occur. It took 3 weeks for my car to arrive. I had to pursue MoveOn Time Transport company as well as Max at Ambela to track my car. Numerous phone calls and messsages went unanswered or unreturned. Max at Ambela was most discourteous telling me at one point to take him to court.
When my car did arrive, it arrived on a flat bed as opposed to a transport carrier which means that once again my car had been unloaded and loaded.
I will never use this company and anyone who gets assigned Ambela should beware. It may have been faster to push my car across country than use them.
