We bought a truck in PA four weeks ago and it has to be shipped to us in TX. At first we thought the dealership was giving us the run around, but it was Ambela. Every time I spoke with someone it was going to be 'picked up Thursday afternoon... Friday at the latest', then I'd call on Friday afternoon because I hadn't heard anything and they would change their story... 'Monday afternoon, possibly Tuesday'. Last time I spoke to them, they told me it had been picked up. I've been sitting here waiting on it to get here just any minute now. Imagine my surprise when I called for an ETA this morning and was told that the driver took a long weekend, they're planning to ship it out this afternoon. They flat out lied to me because obviously it was never picked up.
I called back and told them I want another driver assigned NOW, and I expect my truck by the end of the week, I expect someone to call me when the driver is assigned, I expect someone to call me with an ETA. Their customer service is horrible. We negotiated the shipping into the price of the truck so I don't know how much we paid for it, but if it was $0.01, we still got rooked (I guess $1,000 because it was a required field). I am tired of dealing with them and will never use them again. These reviews are spot on, heed them.
