Dan contacted me right after he had picked up my car. He told me he thought it would be five days before he would arrive, and he was 100% right. I told him I'd never had anybody call me five days out to give me a proactive timeline, I always have to contact them and they grudgingly tell you as little as possible, but not Dan. He called me back two days out for an update. I complimented him and he said call back anytime you want to know more - amazing! Very nice husband and wife driver couple, did a very professional job of unloading the car and getting back under way. Perfectly handled. Would highly recommend to anyone.
