Chris at Alpine was upfront and knowledgeable from the first contact. This was a return transport and the outbound shipper/ broker was far from acceptable and charged a higher price. Alpine did a great job of arranging a driver, only down point was he was running ahead of schedule so pickup in Houston was a day earlier than requested. Driver made great time across country and arrived before we did, but NW Express held our vehicle in secure storage until our arrival and delivered to us the day after we reached Portland. Overall, this was a stress free transaction. Highly recommend.
