Transportation of 1934 Hudson Coupe

Alpine moved a 1946 Ford coupe for me last year and I was very pleased with their service. I needed to move my 1934 Hudson coupe from Sand-point, Idaho to Baton Rouge, La. (2250 Miles one way). I called several transporters for a quote plus I called Dave at Alpine. I am afraid that there are some companies that don't measure up in the auto transporting business and I didn't want to use one of them. Since my experience with Alpine last year was very good, I decided to go with them even though they were not the lowest quote I received. I guess you pay for what you get. Some of the other carriers wanted a large deposit up front which was not refundable. Dave at Alpine didn't even ask for a deposit when scheduling my car. Dave was really helpful in coordinating and communicating during the move. The carrier he selected was really prompt, helpful and on time for the pickup and delivery 2250 miles in 3 days, Wow and at a fair price. Thanks Dave, I will call you first for my next move.

In most cases you won't get anything when you decide to go with the low priced companies wanting deposits up front. And a lot of them pay for their reviews as you found out while doing your research.
