After performing research on many transport companies, I noticed that Alpine had the best reviews, so I was determined to wait for them to find a driver to transport my vehicle. We ran into some snags with the weather and the first driver that was was supposed to transport the vehicle had an accident and was uanble to complete the job. This was not the fault of Alpine, nor the driver, so I stuck it out. My contact person Dave Fountain was EXCELLENT to work with and contacted me as soon as he was able to find another driver. We had a set date that we had to move, so the vehicle had to be transported after we actually left the state, but we had no issues having everything completed. The actual carrier who transported our vehicle was Transportation Unlimited. The vehicle was picked up on time and delivered in 3 days! People were in contact with us the entire time. I couldn't believe how fast it was delivered! I'm so glad I used Alpine, and would definitely recommend them to others!

Laura, Thanks for the great review and the nice compliments, I always appreciate it! As you stated there was a delay due to my first driver having an accident, falling off of his truck breaking some ribs and his wrist in several places due to bad weather conditions. The terrible weather this winter has made some routes more difficult and slow going. When these things happen all we can do is stay in constant communication making sure the customer knows what's happening. I'm so glad to work with understanding customers like yourself. I'm pleased that once we had your Scion xB picked up it was delivered in half the time we had planned. I hope you enjoy your new home in AZ. Please call anytime if you need anything in the future.
