Mark, Thanks for taking the extra time to give us the positive feedback and a 5 Star Review, I truly appreciate it and so will our future customers. I'm so pleased to have the Toyota Matrix delivered early to your son at college, I hope he enjoys having it while he's there. There is a lot of big name companies out there touting that they are the so called best, and that's their excuse why their prices are so high. That's simply not the case. Being the best is about caring about each customer and putting the customer's needs first not the company's sales stats or the paycheck. If our customers are happy with the great customer service and had a memorable experience at a competitive rate we know they will come back the next time and refer all of their friends and family, that makes a company the best. We're in this to build long lasting relationships with our customers to outlast our competion. It's not just to move a customer once and never hear from them again.
