Patti, Thanks for the heart felt review and the kind words, it really means a lot! I had a lot of fun working with you. You are correct, I do things the old fashion way, I always ask as many questions as possible to understand the customer's situation and giving honest answers explaining how the business and the whole process works. I don't make all the big promises or guarantees just to get the sale as most people these days. Simply stated, I put the customer first! I care about every one of my customers and try to provide the best possible service from the first phone call until I call after delivery to make sure the customer is pleased with the service. That means being available 24/7 for the good or the bad. I hope you enjoy the new Mercedes and look forward to working together again in the future.
