Again, I apologize for the inconvenience. As soon as we had a hold that was beyond our control. I let have you know. We always answered the phone when you called. You didn't even give me a chance to get you taken care of with another solution. As fare as not using any paper work. That is completely false. I have the bill of lading that you signed on pick and drop off when we moved the car in the fall. There is a reason why we don't take deposits. We have been in business for 12 years and have shipped more than 36,000 cars. You really think for a second we aren't legit? I have better things to do than lie to a customer. I wish you knew how hard we work and what we have to deal with on a day to day basis and maybe you wouldn't spend so much time and energy trying to deliberately hurt us. I'm em very sadden by this review.
