First, I was not compensated for this review, like so many others on this site. This was my first time shipping a car and I was quite nervous about it. I was unsure if I should use a broker or just contact the carrier myself. I figured a broker might be faster, but worried that they might select a sub par carrier. In the end I contacted Alpine Transport as they had excellent rating for a carrier.
They had a truck ready to pick up my car within two days and my car was in Dallas within their 5-7 day window. It was a super easy, zero hassle experience and I would recommend them highly.
The only thing that I would warn first time users is that since the carrier trucks are huge they cannot drive down city streets, as they cannot make certain turns. My driver did ask me to meet him at a parking lot just off the closest highway to my destination. This was not a problem for me, but I hadn't realized that initially so I it may be helpful information to first time shippers!
