Dave was excellent! Never have I transported a vehicle before. He walked me through all phases of pick-up and delivery, even encouraging me when the former vehicle owner temporarily balked at the plan I had arranged with him to present the bus for delivery. Dave maintained contact with me throughout the delivery, letting me know when the vehicle had been picked up, advising me when it likely would be delivered and calling me the day of delivery. He also called after the delivery to ensure I was happy with the transport. If more businesses conducted their customer services as does Alpine Transport, Inc., there would be no need for complaint departments. In short, I found them super!
