Had arranged to have 3 vehicles picked up in Fort Myers, FL 4/18/2011 and delivered to northern Indiana. My contact was with Andrew and felt that by arranging the transport of 3 vehicles, it would help fill up the load. Was promised delivery no later than 4/22. When cars were not delivered, I called Andrew for an up-date and he had no clue about anything.....nor could he offer any helpful information regarding when vehicles would be delivered. Any attempts to reach Andrew or dispatch went to voicemail and none of my many attempts to reach someone merited a return call. This company has no concept of customer service and refused my many requests for a return call. I would never recommend this outfit to anyone and am planning on contacting the Better Business Bureau.
