I contracted Alpine Auto Transporters to pick up my 1969 Cadillac Deville from Caret, V. on September 27, 2011. I was told that they would pick the vehicle up within 7 days and deliver it within 7 days to Fort Wayne In. They charged my credit card for the entire amount and stonewalled me for three weeks instead of telling me that they were not going to be able to complete the contract. On October 12, 2011 I called and cancelled the contract because they never picked up the vehicle nor did they have any idea of when the vehicle was going to be picked up, and they have not credited my card with the payment of 535.00 that I paid. As of October 13, at nearly the end of the business day I have not been reimbursed for the payment. They are a very unorganized derelict organization that I would not recommed to anyone.
