I arranged for the pickup 1 MONTH in advance with Eric. He communicated with me regularly up until the date the car was supposed to be picked up. He then ignored my calls and emails and never responded to me after i gave him my credit card information. I was stuck having to drive the car up myself and cancel my flight at the last minute.
