I posted my vehicle to ship on uship.com. Allied bid on my vehicle, and I liked the price so I went with them. Over the next week I would try to get some information out of Eric, the dispatcher, and whenever I would call he would say he was looking for a driver, and would call me right back.
Eric never once gave me a call. If I could rank their customer service as less than poor I would. Every time something changed, the only way I found out was by calling Eric. Eventually, after several days, he found a driver (which I found out when I called him). Then, when I called back on Monday, after the driver was supposed to contact me to arrange pickup, he told me the truck was broken and he would be looking for another driver for me. He promised to call back when he found another driver. Surprise! He never did. I found out when I got an email from uship.com saying that the company had requested cancellation.
The reason I'm leaving a review here rather than on uship.com is that you can't leave reviews on cancelled shipments on uship.com. I assume that's why Eric didn't seem to care about keeping me informed when he decided to cancel the shipment, despite what he told me about finding another driver.
So in the end, I've wasted a week of time that I could have used finding a company that actually cares about its customers and keeping them informed. Getting any information about Eric was like pulling teeth. Please, find another shipping company.
