I needed to ship a car from St. Augustine Fl to East Quogue NY. I spoke with Brett at Allied and he answered all the questions I had and explained the process to me. He was very courteous. When I knew the date I needed the car shipped he emailed me all the information and what would happen next. When Allied found a driver that could work with my date and where my car was going he let me know. He let me know when driver would be picking up car. The driver of the carrier contacted me and his name was Pedro and he communicated with me after that. When the date came we agreed on to pick up car, Pedro said he would let me know when he was an hour away from me. all went smooth when he got here and this was on Friday June 1, 2018 and he delivered car to my Mom's house on June 3, 2018. I was happy how everything turned out. I would use and recommend Allied again and hope that Pedro is the driver again.
