Phil bailed us out of a jam in no time flat! We were overpromised and NOT delivered by an inferior transport company which caused me to consider other options. Alliance had a very competitive quote from my prior inquiries, so I contacted Phil. He was able to line up a carrier in less than 45 minutes where Company Crap could not find one in over 3 WEEKS!!! Phil and Alliance delivered precisely as stated. We were very happy to receive this type of customer service in an unfamiliar industry. If we need to move again, Phil will get the first call.
