This was the first time I have had a vehicle shipped. I started with an internet search and was overwhelmed at the multitude of carriers to choose from and was getting several calls and e-mails. The estimate from Alliance Auto Transport was fair (not the highest/not the lowest) so I followed up with a few e-mailed questions. From Steve's e-mail responses, I felt confident that I was dealing with a professional and gave him a call. Over the phone he was not only professional but competent and personable. I felt I could trust him and signed the contract. When the pick up day arrived, the first carrier he arranged was unable to follow through as agreed. We called Steve and Steve went to bat for us immediately! He found another carrier who was able to pick up the vehicle on time and deliver it without a hitch on day 8 of the 7 - 10 day window. Steve took very good care of us! I highly recommend Alliance Auto Transport and Steve Levy.
