From the time I logged onto their website www.shipalliance.com to obtain a freight quote, the service was truly like old fashion customer service. Alliance Air Freight treated me as if I was their first customer. I couldn't believe it. My delivery was impeccable from the drivers deameanor to the shape of the truck everything was excellent.
