This company reassured me numerous times before my car was scheduled to be transported from CA to PA that it would go with in a 1-5 day sliding window of our selected date. I scheduled this date 2 months in advance. Well, we left CA 5 days after that latest possible date, leaving our 2nd vehicle (the one to be transported) with friends. After over two weeks of phone calls and one customer service representative telling us to offer a $100 tip and that there were no trucks available going out of CA...we went with another company that transported our car the next day and got it to us within 5 days. ALLEN AUTO was awful. We were so very disappointed and the worst part of the whole experience were the different stories we got each time we contacted customer service.
