This company looked like a reputable one that would deliver my long bed pick up truck from Tennessee to Oregon. Man, was I wrong. I recieved an order confirmation from them in mid March saying that a carrier was to be assigned shortly. Well, the first week of April, I called and got the royal run around for about a week about how they were busy and that a carrier would be assigned any day. Finally, mid April they send me an email saying that I needed to add money on top of the order to give the carrier an "incentive" to move my truck. Smelled fishy, but I decided to put an extra $50 on top of my $1,100. It still didn't move! At the end of April, I called to see what was going on, and the customer service was extremely rude and for two days told me they would call me back in an hour after they checked my records. Finally, I decided to cancel my order, and two weeks later they still wouldn't recognize my cancellation. After threatening to sick MasterCard on them, I did get my deposit back- at the end of May. What a joke of a company.
