I don't usually beat a dead horse with a stick but I saw your reply to my earlier review about how you guys scammed me out of a measly $299 after not keeping your end of the deal to fetch my truck in Texas and It seemed to take a tone of Me who was the one at fault it in this whole modus.

To whoever it was from Allegiant that claimed I was dealing with other transport companies, well, i think anyone who was promised his truck so he could use it to get to work at a certain date, then given the runaround for weeks without assurance it would get to me on time unless i paid more, would obviously and desperately deal with other companies.

And I'm glad I did, because had i stuck with your company, my truck still wouldn't be here.

And this "driver expense" you charged me, Ha! So now a driver suddenly magically agrees to fetch my truck and is willing to drive the distance? That's pretty low.

Our phone conversations were recorded and you guys know I'm not backing down from this. You have my number, you have all the email exchanges proving that I was almost begging you to deliver my truck on time and you dropped the ball.

You can post phony "awesome service" reviews here to bury my review but i will not stop telling would be victims how you charged me $299 that could've put food on the table for a service that was not rendered.

Also, I don't work hard for my money to be disrespected by your rude agent, especially since i was so courteous and polite.

Unacceptable. UnAmerican.
