*First of all, be aware that many positive reviews here may have been written by customers compensated by the company. And also note that the company is actively managing the reviews, responding to negative reviews. That tells something about the company...
*My car was never picked up on the designated day. I had to cancel the order and drive the car by myself. From customer service to everything, the whole experience was just too bad.
*This company is a small broker, meaning that they do not own transportation trucks, but coordinate truck drivers across the country. As such, it is difficult to expect the delivery to take place on time. In my case, they haven't tried to find a driver until the last minute. After repeated requests, they initiated finding a driver, only to fail to find one on time.
*If you cancel the order, your deposit ($195) will be gone. You will get only the rest. And even the remainder is very difficult to get. I had to call and write them numerous times, and only after I told them to call the Better Business Bureau, they returned the money.
*You have to read the fine print in the contract before signing. There are many things that may turn disadvantageous to you.
*Do more research before you buy a service. This auto transportation business is a bit shady overall. Go for a larger and more established company although it may cost more.
