I wrote a review before (2/2009- PLEASE READ: The Broker Broke My Heart), but had to add this information.An Allegience customer service representative contacted me about removing my negative, yet truthful, review and offered me $70 to do so. I neglected the offer, because I was unfairly dealt with when using them as my transport service. They then contacted my credit card company attempting to get money, mostly by making false claims in their letter. I was utterly and emotionally outdone! Please use EXTREME caution if you decide to use Allegience for your transport needs. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, UNFAIR, and when you try to connect with them after placing your deposit, they are UNAVAILABLE.
