Illegal Charges to Credit Card Months after Delivery

I used All USA Transport to ship my classic hot rod from Ohio to California.

The driver arrived two days later than he called to tell me he would arrive, changing his arrival time and date every phone call towards the end.

The driver lied to the broker, telling All USA's broker that "the lady keeps changing her mind on pick up times", which was incorrect and dishonest. Indeed I wanted the car the first day I took off work to receive it. I took off work two additional days to receive this car. It was certainly not I changing the driver's arrival times and dates.

The car arrived filthy, but undamaged.

Now, two months after the delivery, two mysterious $125 credit card charges have appeared on the card I initially used in February. I paid All USA Transport in full in February. It's a good thing I look at my credit card statements or else I would have a secret $250 of illegal charges from All USA Transport that I did not authorize.

I've attempted to contact All USA Transport at their listed 800 number five times in the past week, hoping that they would have a innocent explanation as to how the charges mistakenly got on my credit card and how they were sorry and would credit both right away. After a week and five phone messages, All USA Transport still has not found it important to return my phone calls. I can only assume that they are committing internet fraud and I guess I will have to shut down my credit card and report them to ... I've never had this happen before - any federal agency that can help put internet fraud criminals away.

I am very disappointed, I"m sorry to say.
