This company is a joke. They will tell you whatever you want to hear just to steal your deposit. I flew across country to pick up a car in a 8 hour window. They told me everything would be fine even though I told them I would not be in LA long to get the car. Oh course once I get there no driver shows up. No one answers a phone call.
Luckily I was able to find a company while in LA to pick up the car the next day.
I got a call two weeks later from All Garbage Moving asking if I needed a transport. Obviously they never even bothered to contact a driver for me in the first place! Incompetent idiots!

Hi Mark, THIS WAS NOT OUR MISTAKE! We had a carrier driver assigned who tried to meet you ON TIME in LA. However you only gave us one phone number to reach you. The carrier called repeatedly but they couldn't reach you. I am sorry our office (which is on the East Coast) was closed when this happened. I wish you had supplied a back up number.
