Readers should understand that the reality is if you had booked with a differed broker they would have assigned the same carrier and you would have had the same result. We get a signed contract from each carrier that makes it their responsibility to contact the customer 24 hrs in advance. You are perhaps the most bigoted person we have ever come across. The carrier driver we assigned called and had a slight accent so you left us the following voicemail (which we will gladly play to anyone who wants to hear it).
