Got quoted $500 for transporting my vehicle from Chicago to New Orleans. Paid the $200 deposit and was promised my car would be picked up the next day. After not hearing from them after 2 days I called and was told that Alex would call me back. I waited 3 more days to call and still could not get him on the phone! Finally he called back, a full 7 days after I placed my deposit to inform me that he doesn't have a truck available and has no clue when he will. I asked him what I should do and he said it may cost more money to ship it or I can cancel my order. After the lack of communication I felt it was a very good idea to just cancel. Alex told me to email my refund request and he would handle it. It's been 6 weeks now, I've sent in 7 requests, one a week and I received an email back telling me to stop emailing them!! Still no refund!!! I sent in all correspondences to the Florida BBB. Apparently I'm not the only one complaining. This company is terrible at what they are trying to do because they surely don't ship vehicles, they just take your deposit and run!
