Chuck and his company was recommend by a friend who is VERY picky when it comes to service. Getting my daughter's car to and from LA this year has been very easy with Chuck making the arrangements. We had definite dates the car needed to be picked up and were given reasonable time periods for that to happen. We were also given the drivers phone numbers so we could stay in contact when it came closer to the pick up time. The only hick-up was the January 2010 delivery in LA. I gave the driver a 4 day window in which to deliver the car expecting it would be sooner rather than later. It was delivered on the very last day (car was put on top at the very front of the truck). I learned my lesson. I also learned that the driver who picks up the car is not usually the driver that will deliver the car. Just a surprise the first time. I plan to call Chuck in Aug to get the car from TX back to LA when my daughter returns to school. Thanks again Chuck for the GREAT service!
